Child Safety on the Homefront (CSH) is a childhood injury prevention service and wellness program for military families who are expecting a baby and for other military parents and caregivers. The CSH services provide direct services to parents, including community benefit programs and services for Veterans Administration Medical Centers, women's clinics, and service providers. The CSH program is provided by Pro Consumer Safety with evidence-based research by Public Health Behavior Solutions. Providers and VAMC are welcome to contact us as well for program development and provision of patient services. Our program also provides direct patient services are provided to military families who live on or off military base housing throughout the continental United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Services include car seat safety installation and education, home safety assessment, child development classes, and special needs car seat loaner program, and educational services to accommodate children in temporary spica casts.
