Adolescent Risk Behavior Classes
(These classes include neurodevelopmental models and Cognitive-based Integrative (CBI) programs). These are generally conducted in a classroom or auditorium setting with parents, or with parents and their teens. While we do offer

1. Parent-Child Development (Elementary Age)

Designed for new parents and those with young children.
Focuses on child brain development and early strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce risk behaviors.

2. Parent and Teen Empowerment (Middle & High School Age)

Provides tools to foster healthy behaviors and resilience during teen years.
Discusses brain development, decision-making, and risk-taking.
Aimed at parents of adolescents, and their teen.
