The program is flexible and customizable, with each weekly session lasting between 2 and 4 hours (+), depending on your goals. Sessions include handouts and materials as needed, a certificate of completion, and progress and completion reports.

To provide quality service to all clients, we have established the following policies regarding missed appointments, delays, and cancellations:
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment and a late fee of $50.
- Delayed Rescheduling: If you call to delay your appointment by more than 1-2 hours and we do not hear from you during your extended time agreement, your appointment may be canceled, and the applicable "no-show" fee will be charged.
- No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee of $150 (full session fee). No-shows will also be charged this fee.
