Installing the car seat properly is key, and equally is restraining your baby properly, such as using the newborn insert properly, ensuring the angle is correct and the baby's head is back not tilted forward, etc.

You should already have had your car seat installed in your car, have a full understanding on how to use your car seat and have had it checked by a Certified Child Passenger Safety. If you have not, please call us to make sure your baby is riding safe.
As a review, make sure the top of the shoulder straps at at-or-below the child's shoulders, while rear-facing; snug so you cannot "pinch" the harness strap up on the shoulders and on the legs and pull away.
